Privacy Policy
COAFlow (“COAFlow,” “we,” “us”) is an early-stage software product operated from Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (coaflow.com) and private product demonstration (demo.coaflow.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum information needed to respond to you and operate the demo.
Information we collect
- Demo & early-access requests. When you submit the request form on coaflow.com, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email address, company, role, and any message you include.
- Demo access. The product demo is invite-only. We associate each access code with a label we assign (for example, your company name) so we know which invitation was used. Your browser stores the access code locally so you don't have to re-enter it.
- Demo interactions stay in your browser. The demo is populated with fictional sample data. Anything you create or change inside the demo is held only in your own browser session and is discarded when you close the tab — it is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Hosting logs. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to your demo or early-access request and communicate with you about COAFlow;
- To provide, secure, and administer the private demo (including issuing and revoking access codes);
- To understand interest in the product and plan its development;
- To comply with legal obligations, if any apply.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site, each receiving only what is needed for its function:
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery;
- Supabase — database that stores form submissions, demo access codes, and the demo's fictional sample data;
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email;
- Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces (your browser requests font files from Google's servers).
Retention
We keep demo-request submissions and access records for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or prospective business conversation, and delete them on request. Demo access codes may be deactivated at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of location. To exercise any of these, email hello@coaflow.com.
Children
Our website and demo are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle already-collected information will be communicated to affected contacts where practical.
