These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the COAFlow website at coaflow.com and the private product demonstration at demo.coaflow.com (together, the “Site”). COAFlow (“COAFlow,” “we,” “us”) is an early-stage software product operated from Florida, USA. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

coaflow.com describes COAFlow, a quality management software product for dietary supplement brands, and lets you request a demonstration or join an early-access list. demo.coaflow.com is a private, invite-only demonstration of the product concept, populated entirely with fictional sample data.

2. Demo access

Access to the demo requires an invitation code issued by us. Codes are provided for evaluation purposes, are non-transferable, and may be deactivated at any time at our discretion.
All companies, products, people, batch records, and test results shown in the demo are fictional and for illustration only.
Changes you make inside the demo exist only in your own browser session and are discarded when the session ends.
You agree not to probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the demo, its database, or other users' invitations.

3. Not regulatory, legal, or professional advice

COAFlow is software designed to support quality-management workflows, including those aligned with 21 CFR Part 111 expectations. Nothing on the Site is legal or regulatory advice, and neither the Site nor the product ensures or certifies compliance with any law or regulation. Responsibility for regulatory compliance — including decisions made by your quality unit — remains yours. COAFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any certification body mentioned.

4. Early-stage product

COAFlow is under active development. The demo illustrates product direction; features shown may change or may not be released. Any dates, metrics, or capabilities discussed on the Site are illustrative and not commitments.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and the COAFlow name and logo, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site except for personal, non-commercial evaluation of COAFlow.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or others' use. Automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, and attempts to circumvent access controls are prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND DEMO ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DEMO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at this address. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
